My custom building portraits beautifully capture the essence of your home, highlighting its charm and character. These can be of businesses or holidays too - the possibilities are endless.

Each custom portrait is created just for you, and includes:

• A one-of-a-kind digitally hand-drawn illustration
• A high res jpeg for personal use and printing
• An A3 Giclée print (larger sizes available for an additional fee)

The print is crafted on high-quality textured paper and printed with top-grade ink, ensuring it’s vibrant and long-lasting for years to come.

How to Order:

1. Select your preferred giclee print size (A3, A2 or A1) and add it to your basket.
2. Complete your checkout.
3. Send photos of your house, along with any details you’d like to focus on, to hello@emilycharlottemoran.com. I can also include family pets in the design at no additional cost.

Process:

1. I’ll send you a draft for your approval and we'll discuss any tweaks before I move on to complete the final illustration.
   
2. After the final illustration, any further changes will incur a £35 charge per edit.
3. Your final design will be sent to you via email and I will send a version to print.
4. The Giclée print will be ready for dispatch within 1-7 working days.
5. The print will be carefully packaged and posted directly to you.

Terms & Conditions:

• Custom house portraits are non-refundable.
• All illustrations will be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Any changes made after the final illustration will incur a £35 charge per edit.
